About The Oyster Guy
I’m Matt — better known as The Oyster Guy. I grew up on the East Coast, a New Jersey native with family in Ocean City, Maryland, where oysters were always part of life. What started as shucking for friends and family turned into a real passion.
Now I’m in Salt Lake City, bringing that coastal flavor to Utah. For me, oysters aren’t just food — they’re fun, they bring people together, and they make any gathering unforgettable.
